BCC offers specialized protocols for women entering the menopause transition. Women should inquire about when they meet the cycle criteria for this phase through a discovery call or email. Andrea can provide a very quick assessment of cycles for signs of perimenopause via email.

We meet for two sessions and content depends on which stage of end-of-reproductive phase the couple finds themselves in. The Perimenopause Program includes unlimited charting assistance via email or Google Meet check-ins as needed for one year.

Every woman's timeline is unique and session topics include:

Session #1: Introduction and MIP*
Session #2: Late Reproductive Stage, Early Perimenopause Stage, or Late Perimenopause Stage

*Please Note: If you have not taken the MIP, you will need to complete Sessions 1-3 in tandem with the Perimenopause Program. Additional fee: $100
