Resources
The following is a list of recommendations, organizations, and information that I has found to be helpful for women and couples beginning their fertility awareness journey.
1
Digital Charting
For digital charting, I first recommend the Read Your Body App because it is very customizable to your distinct lifestyle and usable with the flexibility of the Boston Cross Check method. As a Friend of Read Your Body, I can offer you a 3 month free trial of the app for all client course packages!
2
Wearable Thermometer
To track your body temperature for fertility awareness purposes without having to consistently wake up at the same time, I recommend using Tempdrop. The Tempdrop contains multiple sensors that measure your core temperature continuously throughout the night and uses a patented algorithm to give you an accurate reading. As an affliate of Tempdrop, I can offer you an additional 10% off if you click here!
3
Fertility Monitor
To monitor estrogen and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels and detect fertility status, I only recommend the Clearblue® Fertility Monitor. The Clearblue® Fertility Monitor consists of Test Sticks and a hand-held Monitor. Together these identify changes in 2 key hormones that control your fertility. The Monitor records your personal cycle to build up a complete and accurate picture of your most fertile days.

Fertility Awareness Organizations
To keep up with up to date information and advice about all things fertility awareness, I recommend subscribing to Natural Womanhood's newsletter and podcast. FACTS about Fertility also posts great new research and articles about fertility awareness.
